Brioche Canapés

Now, this is my absolute favourite pastry – BRIOCHE!!! So delicate and airy, as delicious served with nutella or marmalade, as it is with savoury toppings. *starts to dream in brioche* ^.^

This is more of a starter or a light lunch. On display below are slices of brioche with a variety of toppings:

  • mozzarella, tomato, basil with a balsamic glaze
  • smoked salmon, a dollop of cream cheese and tomato
  • prawn, anchovy, tomato and broad beans
  • beef carpaccio with caper berries
