These three parts, combined, create one of the most divine desserts I have ever made and eaten. Unlike the classic British éclair, these éclairs are bursting with a gorgeous – cream-free! – chocolate pastry cream and covered in that sweet, very lick-able fondant icing! ^_^
I cannot emphasise more how wonderful these éclairs are! (And in my opinion, these are even better when coffee is the theme!) And those who ordered these were very happy 😀 😀
